St. Patrick's Catholic Church

Hospitality, Prayer, Formation, Service

Welcome!Bienvenidos!

Welcome to St. Patrick’s Web Site.  We have a great parish family!  There are many opportunities for you to become involved in the life and ministry here at St. Patrick’s.  The various ministries, require the participation and commitment of many dedicated members.  We invite you to steward your gifts by volunteering to participate in one or more of them.  Call the parish office with any questions you may have.

Everyone is called to be part of the mission at making Christ present to others.  It is our vocation and a privilege to be the arms, feet, eyes, ears and voice of Christ in the world.  It is easier to do when we work for and with one another.  Remember, by becoming involved you are the heart of our parish life.

 NCYC Fundraiser for Mother’s Day!
 St. Patrick’s Parish Youth Group.
We love the idea of selling patio planters for Mother’s Day because it’s so easy to put a smile on someone’s face by giving them flowers!
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be selling floral patio planters starting Monday, April 3-May 1st, to raise money for our trip to attend the National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis.
The patio planters are: 12” in diameter, contain an assortment of flowers and are already in an attractive planter, (no need to replant).  Each planter is $40.00.
To find out more about this fundraiser contact: Joan Falcon at (308) 254-2828 or Cindy Rolls at (308) 250-1593.  Thank you for supporting our parish youth!

This past weekend, St. Patrick's had the opportunity to host the Teens Encounter Christ Retreat.  We were responsible for providing meals and snacks for the TEC team and candidates. We had such an outstanding amount of support from our parish, that we want to extend a heartfelt thanks to all the families that cooked meals, and for all the food items that were donated.
Thank you for supporting our parish youth!

 Going Banana's For Jesus XIX
What a great weekend!   12 of our parish youth and 2 adult sponsors plus 500 other youth from across our diocese celebrated Jesus at the GBFJ Rally held on March 17-19 in North Platte.
GBFJ started with a Jesse Manibusan performance, the participants then marched from building to building through the Stations of the cross with lighted candles, and to the sound of drums.

This was a powerful representation of what was to follow, as the  youth began a weekend to help them connect with "their Faith"! The event included prayer, workshops, seminars and musical performances.   The rally featured Jesse Manibusan, who is a composer, singer/songwriter, humorist, catechist, evangelizer and ValLimar Jansen, singer, composer and recording artist.
A big thank you goes out to the parents who drove the kids to GBFJ, the Weimers, Parras, and Pritchards.
